    Removed 63 hours a month of manual clicking for a mortgage customer: 3,864 documents a month pulled from 7 different lender portals, with LLM self-healing when the DOM drifts.

    Removed 126 hours a month of patient-record processing for a healthcare customer with Playwright workers on a Temporal queue, deployed to a HIPAA-scoped GCP environment.

    Led 11 frontend engineers on Sevenly, the 7-Eleven México cashback app, now past 410,000 downloads. Built the API mocking toolkit that QA later adopted.

    Cut Excel report generation from 50s to 5s on Bain Pyxis by streaming the workbook instead of buffering it, fixing downloads across all 9 dashboards.

    A restaurant platform: menus, QR table ordering, and a WhatsApp agent that manages real bookings.

    I built all of it. The agent can’t pick whose reservation it touches: identity comes from the verified WhatsApp sender, and destructive actions need an OTP. Payments run on Stripe Connect, with each restaurant as merchant of record.
